MANUAL WELDING PROCESS
MIG/MAG WELDING
Due to its wide range of applications, MIG/MAG welding is the most commonly used welding process in production. Kemppi offers a wide range of MIG/MAG power sources for all kinds of requirements.
From non-alloyed and low-alloy steels, CrNi steels and non-ferrous metals, to MIG/MAG pulse or standard welding, and from once-off production to complex production lines, a large number of applications make these welding machines essential in many areas.
TIG WELDING
TIG welding is predominantly used for thin and medium material thicknesses and promises maximum quality. Whether on the production line or for mobile applications, Kemppi has the right solution for the perfect weld seam.
Precise ignition and smooth, stable current flow are the baseline for every model in our TIG welding equipment range.Optional remote control units can be selected to suit either workshop or site conditions, allowing welders to concentrate on quality.
MMA STICK WELDING
MMA welding is ideal for almost all metals and can be used in any enviroment. Kemppi offers suitable devices for both commercial and private users. TIG welding can also be performed with most of our MMA welding machines.
Each of our MMA welding machines is characterised by its excellent robustness and a longer than average service life. The high mains voltage tolerance and power reserves make our MMA welding machines the perfect assistant on the construction or assembly site.
SUPERSNAKE
Reliable distance wire feed up to 25 meters.
The SuperSnake subfeeder guarantees reliable wire feed assist when welding over long distances. It is a lightweight and durable alternative for carrying around heavy wire feeders or welding with push-pull guns that increase strain on the welder's wrist.
Not only does the SuperSnake improve occupational safety, but it also improves productivity in industrial welding. The subfeeder can be used with a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous filler wires.
